1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain regions under GDPR). If you are under 18, you need parental or guardian consent. By using our Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One account = one person (unless you purchase a team plan, if offered).

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Paid plans: Fees are clearly stated at checkout. We use PayPal and Stripe.
  • Recurring subscriptions: If you sign up for a subscription, it auto-renews until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No further charges will be made.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of AI workflows and automations, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve within 14 days, contact us at contact@soloaiworkflows.com – we’ll review case by case.

4. AI Workflows & Output Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party APIs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies.
  • You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
  • We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI outputs.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities, harassment, or hate speech.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass our security measures.
  • Generate content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark.
  • Use our Service to create competing products.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: All code, designs, workflows, text, and logos are owned by Solo AI Workflows. You may not copy or resell them.
  • Your IP: You retain ownership of any input data you provide. We do not claim ownership of your outputs, but you grant us a license to process that data to provide the Service.
  • Feedback: If you send us ideas or suggestions, we can use them freely without paying you.

7. Third-Party Services & Ads

Our Service may:

  • Show ads via Google Adsense.
  • Use Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, and remarketing partners (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Bing, Pinterest).
  • Link to third-party sites (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those third parties.

8. Termination

  • By you: You can delete your account at any time.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice if possible).

Upon termination, we will delete your personal data as required by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 6 months (or $100 if you paid nothing).

Some jurisdictions (like the EU) do not allow certain liability limitations. In that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Solo AI Workflows, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your AI-generated content that infringes a third party’s rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • For users outside the EU: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country – e.g., Wyoming, USA]. Any disputes shall be resolved individually (no class actions) in the courts of [Your County].
  • For EU users: You retain consumer protection rights under your local laws. You may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform if applicable.
